My name is Kasia and I am “The Well-being Coach”. I am a qualified personal trainer, fitness coach, nutrition advisor, ABA therapist and hold a masters in Psychology.

We offer a full body support system whether you just need some help with physical fitness and training, some dietary advice, or help achieving happiness and harmony. Well-being is the ultimate goal and I can help you achieve it.

From an early age I was always keen on sports and fitness but like may of us I’ve had my high and low moments, my successes and failures. The main thing is that I never quit. I got help when I needed it and studied when i lacked knowledge. After studying Psychology and Criminology in Cambridge I furthered my studies with a masters in Psychology.

With sport and fitness being important in my life it was inevitable that i would seek a role in body and mind support training. Being qualified as a personal trainer means we can set individual training schemes and my dietary qualifications (and love for food and cooking) means we can get you feeling good inside as well.

I love to cook with my family making fresh meals every day and enjoying foods from all over the world. My dogs remind me to be positive every day no matter what is happening in life, but we all need a bit of support sometimes and luckily i have my husband and kids for that…. reach out and see if I can help support your life goals.
